Payment Methods
Feraneo offers secure online payment options to ensure a safe and reliable booking experience.
1. Bank transfer and cash payments
Payments can be made via a bank transfer. Upon requesting a booking the payment of 25% of the total price is required to be made to the property manager's bank account.
The remainder of the price is paid upon arrival in cash. No bank transfer fees or payment fees are added with bank transfer payments.
2. Online Card Payments
Payments can be made securely via the Teya payment gateway. Teya enables online transactions using all major credit and debit cards supported by their system.
The list of accepted cards depends on the payment provider's current configuration and may include internationally recognized card brands.
3. Transaction Fees
A transaction fee applies to online card payments. The fee amount is determined by Teya in accordance with their pricing policy.
Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed during the payment process before the transaction is completed.
4. Payment Security
All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections in accordance with the security standards of the payment provider. Feraneo does not store full card details on its servers.
5. Additional Information
Payment terms (deposit and remaining balance) are specified in your booking confirmation. If you have any questions regarding payment methods, please contact us before completing your reservation.
If the booking is made within 3 days before arrival and the chosen payment method is a bank transfer, the full amount is required to be transferred. The guest is also required to send a copy of the transfer to complete the booking.
