Spacious, air-conditioned living room with access to the pool is located on the first floor of the villa Welcome Home.
The first floor also has a dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs there are 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed, and 3 bathrooms.
There are three additional sofas available in the foyer as an extra bed (for 3 people). TVs are located in the living room and in both bedrooms. The top floor of the house is not used, no one will violate your privacy.
The house can accommodate up to 11 people and is designed to offer guests every comfort.

Villa Welcome Home is located on a hill above the east coast of Istria, in a small village, a few kilometers from the most brilliant sea of the Adriatic and
numerous beautiful beaches.
Labin is based on the site of a Roman town on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km.
On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches.
The first beach is 2 km away.
You can cancel at any time without occurring additional costs and the following refund policy applies: 100% of the down payment is refunded if the previously booked period is finalized for the same price. If the previously booked period is not finalized for the same price, the down payment is not refunded.
